Shipping policy

CHRISTMAS CUTOFF DATES:

We ship all orders via Australia Post, and their Christmas delivery cut-offs are as follows:

Standard Post: 18 December

Express Post: 21 December

We dispatch orders next business day, but please note that once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are out of our hands. We recommend ordering as early as possible to make sure it arrives in time for Christmas 🎁

Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following work day.

We will make every effort to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt of order, however during peak sale periods, shipping times may be longer than usual. Please expect a delay during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding! Any delivery periods displayed in this policy or on the site are estimates only.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney.

Currently the delivery times are as follows and is an estimate only:

NSW: 2-4 business days

Interstate: 3-6 business days

The Original Seat Hoodie does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by a third party. If you have not received within the expected timeline, please email us at info@seathoodie.com.au

Products are delivered and left in a safe place at your premises. Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address provided in your order.

We will take reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of your incorrect data entry.
